SPD Consultancy is a consultancy company which works in the area of risk management and assessment. Incorporated in the year 2022 and since then it is involved in many projects with multinational and Indian companies on the above areas. 

With over 27 years of expertise in Risk Management, I specialize in Investigations, Ethics & Compliance, Fraud Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, and Operational Risk. My career spans diverse industries, including Project Management, Sales, Market Research, Corporate Marketing, IT Consulting, and Social Sector Program Design.

As a dedicated advocate for Business Integrity, Investigations, Intelligence, Compliance, and Anti-Corruption measures, I have actively contributed to global initiatives, including serving as a B20 Action Council member on corruption. Currently, I lead MACN (Maritime Anti-Corruption Network) projects in India and internationally, driving Collective Action initiatives while collaborating with governments, businesses, and civil society to combat corruption.

I am a proud member of the Association of Corporate Investigators (ACI) and the ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) network, strengthening my ability to conduct high-impact investigations and ensure corporate compliance across jurisdictions. My expertise extends into Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, ESG, Government Relations, and Public Affairs, reinforcing my commitment to ethical business practices.
